Appendix 12150. Encroachment removal—General.

The County may require the removal or relocation of any encroachment, lawful or unlawful, on a finding that the encroachment is detrimental to public health, safety or welfare. Removal and relocation of encroachments under this Section shall be in accordance with the procedure and penalties provided in Sections 1481—1485 of the Streets and Highways Code.
