Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1411 hereinabove, where the Board of Supervisors has adopted a resolution pursuant to section 29740 of the Government Code vesting authority in the Auditor to allow or reject claims within those categories shall not be subject to the three-day waiting period prescribed by section 29742 of the Government Code.
