Appendix 2036. Additional tax collector powers.

In addition to all the other powers conferred upon him, the Tax Collector shall also have the power, for good cause shown, to extend, the time for filing a required sworn statement or application for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days and, in such case, to waive any penalty which would otherwise have accrued.
