  • (a)

    A permit from the County Fire Warden to conduct the business which is the subject of the application.

    (b)

    One conspicuously identifiable security person, as approved by the Sheriff, will be employed by the sponsoring principal and be in attendance at all times during the event(s) per each two hundred (200) attendees, or fraction thereof in attendance. Additional such persons will be required if the Sheriff determines it is necessary for proper law enforcement.

    (c)

    The place or premises where the event(s) will be held will be reasonably adequate for the purposes and conforms with existing health, safety and fire ordinance of the County of Ventura.
