It shall be unlawful for any person, whether or not licensed pursuant to this Article, to engage in the business of peddler, solicitor, or telephone solicitor between the hours of 9 o'clock p.m. to 7 o'clock a.m., except upon invitation of the customer or as otherwise authorized by the Sheriff's Department as described in the license.
