§ 4111-1. Notice to abate.

Whenever a nuisance endangering the public health shall in the opinion of the Health Officer be ascertained to exist on any premises or in any dwelling or other place, the Health Officer shall notify in writing the owner of such premises or dwelling, his agent or the person having control of such premises, dwelling or other place, to abate or remove the nuisance.
