Appendix 4221. Health Department.

The County Health Department is authorized and empowered to enforce all of the provisions of this Chapter and for the purpose of securing enforcement thereof is hereby given the right to enter upon any public or private property, including any building or habitation in the unincorporated area of the County to inspect such accommodations or installations thereon or therein that may be covered by the provisions of this Chapter.
