For the purpose of this Article, the term "surfboard" includes any board or floating object which may be used to ride ocean waves or swells or otherwise engage in the sport of surfing except any mat or mattress of less than 72" in length which depends wholly upon inflation with air for structural shape or any paddle board or kick board of less than 60" in length intended primarily as a flotation aid for swimmers.
