Appendix 4439. Interfering with duties of Poundmaster.

Every person who breaks open a dog pound, animal shelter, temporary pound, or pound vehicle, or who willfully resists, delays, or obstructs the Poundmaster in the discharge of, or attempt to discharge, any duty of his or her office, is guilty of a misdemeanor/infraction.
