Appendix 4463. Impounding animals.

Any animal found under conditions or in areas prohibited by Sections 4461 or 4462 shall be taken by the Division and impounded. No fowl at large upon private property shall be impounded except upon complaint of the owner, occupant, or person in charge of said property who claims to be injured thereby.
