The requirements of this Article shall be deemed to be in addition to, and not in limitation of, the requirement of any applicable zoning laws or ordinances. A license issued under the provisions of this Article shall not operate to permit the harboring or keeping of wild animals in any zone where the use of land for sale purposes is not permitted by the then current zoning laws or ordinances.
