§ 4493-8.2. Advance deposit of penalty amount.

Except as may be provided for in this Chapter, each request for administrative hearing must be accompanied by an advance deposit in an amount equal to the contested civil penalty, include delinquency fees, or the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), whichever is less.
