§ 4855-1. Citations.

Any citation shall contain all information required by section 4032 of the Health and Safety Code, including, without limitation, the specified time for elimination or correction of any condition constituting a continuing violation. The Environmental Health Department may assess a civil penalty in the citation in accordance with section 4032, subdivision (e) of the Health and Safety Code.
