§ 4855-4. Demand for hearing.

Any demand for a hearing by the person cited or ordered shall be in writing, delivered or mailed, postage prepaid, to the Environmental Health Department not later than twenty (20) days after the citation or order is served. The citation or order shall be deemed served on the day the citation or order is delivered or mailed, registered and postage prepaid, to the person, whichever is earlier.
