§ 4856-4. Finality of abatement order without a hearing.

  • If no timely demand for a hearing has been made, the abatement order shall be final and conclusive upon expiration of the time for demand of a hearing. If timely demand for a hearing has been made, the abatement order shall not be final and conclusive pending the public hearing. The Environmental Health Department shall also postpone any abatement by it other than summary abatement, pending the examiner's determination.
