Any person possessing a certificate of competence who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 7583 et seq., or who willfully falsifies inspection reports submitted to the Environmental Health Division, shall, in addition to the penalties otherwise prescribed in this Ordinance Code, have such certificate immediately revoked and shall not be considered for recertification for a period of two (2) years.
