§ 6402-2. Enforcement Officers.

The Harbor Master and those assistants designated as Harbor Patrol Officers are hereby designated as Public Officers for purposes of enforcing the provisions of this ordinance, as authorized by Penal Code Section 836.5 and Harbors and Navigation Code Section 650 et seq.
