Appendix 6403. Applicability.

This ordinance shall be applicable to and govern all public waters of Channel Islands Harbor situated within the County of Ventura over which the County of Ventura has police power jurisdiction, either exclusively or concurrently with the United States or the State of California, or with both, insofar as the provisions of this ordinance do not conflict with applicable statutes or regulations of the United States or the State of California.
