§ 6405-4. Seaworthy in Harbor.

Every vessel that enters the Harbor or Outer Harbor in such condition as to render her an immediate threat to persons, property, or the environment shall become immediately subject to the orders and directions of the Director with regard to the disposition of such vessel.
