Appendix 7740. Use of vehicles regulated.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle upon any land within Ventura County owned by the United States Government which land is part of the Los Padres National Forest except upon a highway or other marked roadway maintained under County, State or Federal auspices; upon a specifically designated parking area; or upon trails or areas which may be designated as open to use by vehicles by regulations promulgated by the United States Government concerning the use by vehicles of the Los Padres National Forest.
