All commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential buildings having five (5)
or more dwelling units, shall provide availability for, and access to, recycling storage
areas in accordance with the County's most recently adopted Space Allocation for Recycling
and Refuse Collection Design Criteria and Specifications Guidelines in effect at the
time of the development approval.
