§ 8177-3.7.1. Required data.

The Director may require the owner or operator of a use to submit such data and information needed to make an objective determination of compliance or noncompliance with the standards of this Article. The data may include the following:
(a)

A description of any machinery, process, and products;

(b)

Measurements of the amount or rate of emission of any possibly objectionable elements;

(c)

Methods or techniques that could be used in restricting the emission or generation of such elements.
