Appendix 81104. Severability.

Latest version.

If any provision or clause of this Chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is found to be unconstitutional or to be otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect other provisions, clauses, or applications, and to this end the provisions and clauses of this Chapter are declared to be severable.
