§ 8111-1.2.1.6. Additional standards for R-P-D zone.

In addition to the provisions of Section 8111-1.2.1.1, the provisions of this Section shall apply to any Planned Development Permit for any use or development in the R-P-D Zone that contemplates a subdivision of the property to which the permit applies. Such a Planned Development Permit may be granted only if an application for the subdivision is approved simultaneously with the granting of the permit.
