§ 8111-6.1. Modification of permits.

An application for modification of a permit or variance pursuant to this Section may be filed by any person or entity listed in Section 8111-2.2. Any change of an approved discretionary permit is also a discretionary decision and is considered to fall into one of the categories noted below, except as specified in Section 8107-45.10 regarding wireless communication facilities. For all of the following situations, any adjustments or modifications to permits or variances issued without a previously approved environmental document shall be reviewed for its incremental impact on the environment, and subject to the appropriate process.
