§ 8116-2.3.2. Density bonus allowance for housing development with minimum affordable housing component and child care facility.

If the requirements of Section 8116-2.3.1 are met, then an applicant for a housing development with a minimum affordable housing component and child care facility is entitled to:
(a)

A density bonus pursuant to Section 8116-2.2.2; and

(b)

An additional density bonus that is an amount of square feet of residential space that is equal to or greater than the amount of square feet in the child care facility. (Government Code Section 65915(h)(1)(A).)
