§ 8103-5. Establishment and changes of zone classifications.

The establishment and changes of the zone classification on land in the unincorporated area of the County of Ventura, excluding the Coastal Zone, shall be effected by ordinance adopting zoning maps in the manner set forth in Article 15 of this Code.
