§ 8104-3.6. Residential Mixed Use (R/MU) zone.

The purpose of this zone is primarily for construction of multi-family dwellings with a maximum density of twenty (20) dwellings per acre. Compatible commercial uses are also allowed in R/MU and such uses are required in specific locations (the regulatory provisions, including development standards that are applicable to the R/MU zone are set forth in the Old Town Saticoy Development Code, Article 19, Section 8119-1.3.2).
