§ 8104-4.4. Town Center (TC) zone.

The purpose of this zone is primarily for commercial use, but compatible light industrial use is also allowed, and residential use is allowed as a secondary use (the regulatory provisions, including development standards that are applicable to the TC zone are set forth in the Old Town Saticoy Development Code, Article 19, Section 8119-1.3.1).
