§ 8106-8.6. Light fixtures.

  • The following regulations apply to light fixtures over two feet in height:

    a.

    Maximum height of freestanding light fixture is twenty (20) feet with a Zoning Clearance; over twenty (20) feet up to thirty-five (35) feet may be permitted with a Planning Director-approved Planned Development Permit. For commercial and industrial uses, such heights shall be specified by the principal use permit.

    b.

    Such fixtures shall not be placed in side setbacks.

    c.

    Lights in excess of one hundred fifty (150) watts shall not result in direct illumination of adjacent properties.
