§ 8107-2.3.2. Weanable age.

  • The offspring of animals are allowed and shall not be counted as animal units until they are of weanable or self-sufficient age. For dogs and cats, this age shall be four (4) months. For equines, this age shall be one year. For all other animals, the weanable ages for offspring shall be those ages determined by the Planning Director in consultation with appropriate experts.
