§ 8107-45.11. Permit period and expiration.

  • No conditional use permit for a wireless communication facility shall be issued for a period that exceeds ten (10) years. At the end of the permit period for all wireless communication facilities, the permit shall expire unless the permittee submits, in accordance with all applicable requirements of this Chapter, an application for a permit modification to the Planning Division. The application requesting a permit time extension must be submitted prior to the permit expiration date, in which case the permit shall remain in full force and effect to the extent authorized by Section 8111-2.10.
