Within one-hundred eighty (180) days of permit revocation, permit expiration or voluntary
termination, the permittee shall be responsible for removal of the
wireless communication facility
and all associated improvements, and for restoring the site to its pre-construction
condition. If the permittee does not comply with these requirements, the property
owner shall be responsible for the cost of removal, repair, site restoration, and
storage of any remaining equipment.
