Development shall be undertaken in accordance with conditions and requirements established by the Ventura Countywide Stormwater Quality Management Program, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. CAS063339 and the Ventura Stormwater Quality Management Ordinance No. 4142 and as these permits and regulations may be hereafter amended.
