Except for lots less than five thousand (5,000) square feet in area, for developments
in the CPD zone, the total area devoted to landscaping shall be no less than ten (10)
percent of the overall permit area. Landscape requirements may be modified or waived
by the Planning Director for lots of less than five thousand (5,000) square feet in
area. All landscaping plans including, where required, tree plantings in parkway areas
between curbs and sidewalks or in 3' × 3' sidewalk tree wells, shall be submitted
to the Planning Division for approval by the Planning Director.
