§ 8109-4.5.3. Permit standards.

Before rendering a final decision approving a discretionary permit or a permit modification in this overlay zone, the decision making authority shall make findings based on evidence in the public record that the following standards, in addition to those set forth in Sections 8111-1.2.1.1 through 8111-1.2.1.7 (as applicable) will be met:

(a)

The alteration or construction of the building, structure or feature for which the permit or permit modification is to be issued is consistent with the purposes of the Community Business District overlay zone (Section 8104-7.4).

(b)

The alteration or construction of the building, structure or feature for which the permit or permit modification is to be issued is consistent with the design guidelines adopted under the applicable County Area Plan or Specific Plan.
