§ 8109-4.5.4. Deviations from development, parking, landscape and sign standards.

Deviations from the following development, landscape and sign standards may be approved by the decision-making authority, provided the deviations meet the standards set forth in subsections (a) and (b) of Section 8109-4.6.3:

a.

Required Minimum Setbacks (Section 8106-1.2).

b.

Maximum Structure Height (Section 8106-1.2).

c.

Landscaping (Section 8109-0.6).

d.

Prohibited Signs: Projecting Signs (Section 8110-4i).

e.

General Sign Standards: Location (Section 8110-5.2).

f.

Window Signs (Section 8110-6.13).
