In addition to the pre-permitting inspection of a homeshare or short-term rental pursuant
to Section 8109-4.6.6, upon reasonable notice, County staff shall be given access to the dwelling and site
to conduct an inspection during the term of the permit to ensure continued operation
of the homeshare or short-term rental in compliance with the provisions of this Section
and other applicable building and zoning codes and regulations regarding parking,
access, fire, safety, and other relevant issues.
