§ 8204-2.10. Cultural Heritage Site.

The design of a subdivision shall not adversely affect the historical, architectural or esthetic interest or value of a potential or designated Cultural Heritage Site as defined in the Cultural Heritage Ordinance, or, when applicable, the design has been granted a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Ventura County Cultural Heritage Board pursuant to the requirements of the Cultural Heritage Ordinance.
