§ 8206-3.4. Subdivision guarantee.
A Preliminary Subdivision Guarantee and a Title Report containing the legal description of the parent parcel, issued by a title company acceptable to the County Recorder and authorized by the laws of the State of California to write the same, shall be submitted with any final map or parcel map presented to the County Surveyor for approval pursuant to Section 8206-2. A Subdivision Guarantee, issued by a title company acceptable to the County Recorder and authorized by the laws of the State of California to write the same, showing the names of all persons having any record title interest in the parent parcel together with the nature of their respective interests therein, shall be submitted with the final map or parcel map at the time of recordation of the map. Said subdivision guarantee shall be for the benefit and protection of the County in the amount of at least one thousand dollars covering all lands to be dedicated for public use.
