Appendix 9411. Definitions.

Whenever in this Article the following words or phrases are used, they shall have the following described meanings:

a.

Commercial Quantity—"Commercial quantity" means, for each type of deciduous fruit or melon, a quantity consisting of 25 or more containers packed with such type of fruit or melon.

Commissioner—"Commissioner" means the Agricultural Commissioner of Ventura County or his or her duly designated representative.

Imported Deciduous Fruit or Melon—"Imported deciduous fruit or melon" means any grape or any casaba, cantaloupe, honeyball, honeydew or persian melon which has been imported into Ventura County from outside the State of California for human consumption or sale, in an unprocessed condition, within the State of California.
