§ 1364-4. Maintain local register of historic places.

Maintain a current list of all designated Federal, State, County and City cultural heritage sites. This information shall be made available to the public. A list of designated Cultural Heritage Sites shall be made available to the County Resource Management Agency and the fact of inclusion on the list shall be made known to each owner of such site.
