§ 1365-4. Removal of designation.

  • Removal shall be preceded by a 15-day notice to the property owner. If a Designated Cultural Heritage Site is defaced, demolished, added to, altered or moved, and the Cultural Heritage Board determines that the site's integrity has been significantly impacted, the Cultural Heritage Board may remove its designation. Said decision may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors within 15 days.
