The term "motor vehicle" means any self propelled vehicle. The term "motor vehicle races" means any race, contest, competition or competitive trial of speed by and between motor vehicles as hereinabove defined. "Owner" shall mean and include the owner, lessee or other person legally in possession or entitled to the possession of land. "Hold" shall mean and include the holding, conducting, managing, or operating of any race as in this section defined.
