Appendix 4418. Transfer of license.

In the event that there is a change in ownership of a dog licensed pursuant hereto during the license period for which such license is issued, the new owner may have the current license transferred to his or her name upon the payment of a transfer fee in the amount prescribed by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and the surrender of the license receipt. A license for a dog that is not spayed or neutered shall not be transferable and shall not be issued to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
