Appendix 4469. Inspection of animals.

Any person who has an animal in his or her possession, custody, or control that willfully or maliciously fails or refuses to exhibit such animal or any license therefor for inspection upon demand by the Poundmaster or any peace officer is guilty of a misdemeanor/infraction.
