§ 4857-9. Service of findings and order.

The findings and any order of the examiner shall be promptly served on each person who was entitled to be served with notice of the hearing, except that publication of the findings and order shall not be required. Said findings and order shall also be served on any person requesting a copy in writing. The findings and order shall be deemed served on the day said findings and order are delivered or mailed, registered and postage prepaid, to each such person, whichever is earlier.
