Appendix 4873. Regulation of incipient public water systems.

The provisions of the Safe Drinking Water Act, including without limitation those pertaining to permits and remedies, are hereby incorporated herein by reference and made applicable to each incipient public water system to the same extent that the Safe Drinking Water Act would apply them to a public water system. Any act or omission which, if done by a public water system, would constitute a violation of the Safe Water Drinking Act shall, if done by an incipient public water system, constitute a violation of this Article. The remedies incorporated by reference herein shall be the exclusive remedies for violation of this Article.
