§ 6410-6. Penalty for parking violations.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6403-1, any violation of the provisions of this Article 10 shall constitute an infraction. The schedule of fines shall be in accordance with the most recent Rate & Fee Schedule approved by the Board of Supervisors.
