§ 6403-1. Penalty.

It is unlawful for any person within Channel Islands Harbor to do any of the acts prohibited by this Chapter. Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor/infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with Section 13-2 of the Ventura County Ordinance Code.
